Ethan Mann is a San Francisco native who attended Town School for Boys and continued on to high school at St. Ignatius College Prep. At St. Ignatius, Ethan excelled both athletically and academically, notably achieving recognition as a 1st Team All-WCAL & All Metro San Francisco Defensive End.

He pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's School of Business, within their Real Estate & Urban Land Economics program — distinguished as the #1 undergraduate real estate program in the nation. Ethan represented the Wisconsin School of Business in national real estate case competitions, excelling in investment underwriting and development feasibility cases. 

 

Ethan was raised in a real estate family. His experience growing up in the development and investment side of the business allows him to adeptly manage intricate deals as a broker, bringing added value to clients. Ethan takes pride in his San Francisco roots and is fueled by his appreciation for the businesses and individuals that drive the city. Ethan and George Farley are partners, working in the San Francisco Sales & Leasing market.
