Since moving to San Francisco from his native Boston in 2002, Jamie Harrison quickly became successful in brokering the sale of United States Postal Service leased facilities with the support of a mentor who owned and managed twenty Post Offices.

In the past 21 years since Jamie began, he has sold over 1,3000 USPS properties and has helped his clients with more than 400 lease renewals. In addition to Post Offices, he has also sold over $1B worth of NNN leased deals, representing owners and 1031 investors. Jamie has helped 1031 groups with $1M exchange requirements and up to $21M requirements. Jamie's focus is always on the real estate and ensuring that the tenant and lease terms fit the marketplace. He likes to focus on buying real estate instead of a lease, to make sure his investors see long-term success in this business.
